Lice Cure from ACU-LIFE is the best!! It was a lifesaver for us when we had repeated outbreaks of head lice at my kids' school. (If only everyone had used Lice Cure, then I'm sure we wouldn't have had repeated outbreaks!) Some lice have become resistant to the poisons in products like RID, and when we used those products, we would still see live lice crawling around on our kids' heads. I found out about Lice Cure because it is used by a lice-removal facility that I went to. It's made with essential oils, and it actually is like a spa treatment for your hair and scalp! It smells good, washes out easily, and kills all the lice!

I had hoped that Lice Cure would kill the lice... but it doesn't. When the package arrives.. the directions actually state that the sole purpose is to loosen the nits from the hair shaft so you can comb them out easily.. and then eventually.. you won't have any more lice because you've combed out all of the nits. So, there is no killing of the lice that are already alive.
